Scope of services

Caregentis provides AI-powered care operations products, including but not limited to CareGuardLive™ (call coaching and QA), Referral Access Line™ (referral availability hotline), and ReferralIntel™ (outbound referral intelligence). Specific scope, deliverables, and service levels are set out in your order form or statement of work.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare, privacy, and data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with your own policies and regulatory requirements.

Data handling and privacy

Our handling of data in connection with our products is described in our Privacy Policy and, for customer and health-related data, in our applicable data processing and Business Associate terms. By using our services, you agree to those terms where they apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caregentis’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Service availability and SLAs

We strive to maintain high availability for our products. Specific uptime or service-level commitments, if any, will be set forth in your agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Changes and contact
